Customer Responsibility for Returns
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no hidden fees, restocking charges, or deductions from your refund.

To start a return:

within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include your order number and a short explanation of your request
• For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label
• For all other returns, we provide clear instructions for arranging return shipping at your own cost
Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a full refund:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging should be included where possible
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us immediately. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs.

Your Legal Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Mary Yeager voluntarily extends this to 30 days. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Inspection after arrival. Refund processed within 3 to 5 business days. Sent back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to complete the refund.
